| 内容記述 | We herein report current progress of the research project, called “Gibier", in which we investigated various items related to gibier such as classical swine fever (CSF),its power of branding, processing facilities, and the model regions in Japan. In2019, we attend to nationwide congress of gibier and we exchanged information with authorized people in this field. Through investigating food processing of gibier and tasting various kinds of gibier food products, we concluded that making food manufacturing as well as recipes using various food processing technologies are very important for supplying safe and tasty gibier food. | |||||
