| 内容記述 | A double layer organic electroluminescent device consisting of a hole-transporting material, 4,4',4''-tris [3-methylphenyl(phenyl)amino]triphenylamine (m-MTDATA) and an electron-transporting material, 2-(4-biphenylyl)-5-(4-tert -butylphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole) (PBD), sandwiched between the ITO and LiF/Al electrodes, emitted green light at low drive voltage. The green emission is attributed to the one originating from an exciplex formed at the solid interface between PBD and m-MTDATA. The emission color was tuned from green to yellow with an increase in the drive voltage. | |||||
