| 内容記述 | We demonstrated the fabrication and characterization of dye-sensitized solar cell, consisting of the cis-bis(isothiocyanato) bis(2,2'-bipyridyl-4,4'-dicarboxylato) ruthenium(II)using the logo, the polyethylene naphthalate films and a capacitor. The solar cells using the logo and the films as flexible devices had a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of ~1.0 % under AM 1.5illumination at 100×10-3W m-2 . The results indicate that our techniques to produce photovoltaic cells for eco-devices can be used for future research on the application of biomass material devices. The dye-sensitized solar cell with capacitor stored electricity under the sunlight irradiation, which enable it to operate a motor inside the darkness. | |||||
