| 内容記述 | In this report, we introduce an example of a lesson practice where a small heart rate sensor and tablet are utilized. In a simulated physical education class for high school students, we conducted a shuttle run test with the aim of discerning exercise intensity and physical burden. Runners were fitted with a heartbeat sensor, with their heart rates monitored in real time on the tablet. A projector was used to project these data on a screen, helping us to visualize heart rate changes. In addition to showing an interest in the relationship between running speed and physiological burden, students who participated in the class also demonstrated curiosity with regard to a variety of other facets of the research, including the measuring instruments themselves and data analysis using PCs. | |||||
