| 内容記述 | This paper compares of the site scale of the tradesmen's premises in the Fukui Castle Town. The towns with large area were Kyomachi along the HokurikuKaido, Gofukumachi, Honmachi and Chojamachi on the east side. Town such Honmachi, Gofukumachi, Chojamachi is central towns, and many houses have an area of more than 40 Tsubo. Town such as Komemachi, Daikukumachi and Uomachi were back streets, among them the site was narrow compared to the central towns. The central towns of 8 towns are over 35.3 Tsubo which was the average value of the number of squares. On the other hand, the average of site scales smaller than 20 towns such as Seigenjicho and Komemachi. The area of the west side of the Hokurikukaido was less than the average value, among them Hachimancho was the smallest. | |||||
