| 内容記述 | Numerical simulations carried out to assess the transient response of passenger vehicles on encountering a gust of wind or a major earthquake when driven at a speed of 100 km/h. The transient response of vehicles significantly affected their steering characteristics. When vehicles with over-steering characteristics encounter a gust of wind or a major earthquake while they are being driven at a speed approximately equal to the limit velocity, their resultant responsive displacement is potentially excessive. | |||||
