| 内容記述 | As a fundamental study to prevent an accident by the hydrogen embrittlement of stainless steels, we have analyzed hydrogen in the cathodically polarized specimens of SUS301, 302, 304, 316, 321, 347, 430 stainless steels, high purity iron, and pure nickel by using the melting extraction method and the thermal desorption spectroscopy. The value of hydrogen concentration measured by the melting extraction method was larger than that measured by the thermal desorption spectroscopy. And, the most of hydrogen dissolved in these specimens were discharged around room temperature. These results indicate that it is necessary to always consider enough characteristics of the methods such as an experimental procedure. Hydrogen atoms in the austenitic stainless steels were suggested to interact with Ni atoms of an alloy element. | |||||
