| 内容記述 | Molecular mechanics parameters are presented for obtaining not only reasonable values of the heats of formation but also appropriate molecular structures for the following a series of ten molecules; SiH_3-SiH_2-SiH_2-SiH_3,CH_3-SiH_2-SiH2_-SiH_3,SiH_3-CH_2-SiH_2-SiH_3,CH_3-SiH_2-SiH_2-CH_3,CH_3-CH_2-SiH_2-SiH_3,CH_3- SiH_2-CH_2-SiH_3-SiH_3,SiH_3-CH_2-CH_2 2 3,SiH3,CH -CH -SiH_2-CH_3,CH_3-CH_2-CH_2-SiH_3 and CH_3-CH_2-CH_2-CH_3. In 2 addition, the rotational potential functlons around the Si-Si and the C-C bonds have been determined for SiH_3-SiH_2-SiH_2-SiH_3,CH_3-SiH_2-SiH_2-CH_3,SiH_3 CH_2-CH_2-SiH_3,and CH_3-CH_2-CH2-CH3. | |||||
