内容記述 | Effects of Al contents in molten Zn bath on the galvanizing reaction between steel and molten Zn alloy have been studied, aiming to develop Al-Zn alloy galvanized steels such as poles, guard rail, gutter cover etc. It is necessary that the film of their steel products has alloy layers formed by reaction between steel and molten Zn alloy, but it is known that the alloy layer is not formed by existence of Al in molten Zn bath. In this study, the method of promotion of forming alloy layer has been investigated. As a result, it was found that alloying reaction in molten Zn bath containing Al is promoted by residue stress arisen on the surface of steel by blasting of Al_2O_3 particles before galvanizing. This fact showed the possibility of Al-Zn alloy galvanizing. | |||||
