| 内容記述 | Multilayer organic electroluminescent devices using green-fluorescent. tris(8-quinolinolate)aluminum(Alq_3) and hole-transporting 4,4',4""-tris[3-methylphenyl(phenyl)aminoltriphenylamine (m-MTDATA) emitted bright yellow light at low drive voltage, the intensity of which significantly increased by the insertion of a thin mixed layer of Alq_3 and m-MTDATA between the m-MTDATA and Alq_3 layers. The yellow emission is attributed to the one originating from an exciplex formed at the solid interface between Alq_3 and m-MTDATA. The emission color can be tuned from yellow to green by varying the magnitude of the applied voltage. | |||||
