| 内容記述 | This review examines the number of credits required for graduation in light of the history of physical education at the university level. Physical education was introduced at the university level after World War II with the addition of 4 credits to the 120 credits required for graduation. After recent changes to the general rules, however, it is no longer a compulsory subject. However, the graduation requirement remains 124 credits. Because the university has diversified and degree requirements have increased, it is possible to maintain the requirement of 124 credits. University administrators today during the Reiwa era must reexamine the historical context in which physical education was introduced when reconsidering the 124-credit graduation requirement. | |||||
