| 内容記述 | We report present situation of a game,called “Gibier",which is distribution, hunting, and meat, in Japan and Fukui prefecture. As a result, we found that the distribution of games is still developing, and new network formation is needed to reduce damage to birds and animals and measures against infections and cooking are important for producing safe and delicious game food.These results indicate that our information or network can be used for a regional vitalization for Fukui area. | |||||
