| 内容記述 | The original conception for an atomic picture was suggested idea by the structure of the Saturnian system. Following that the planetary system was considered as a better model, since it included numerous comets besides planets and satellites. The periodical nature of revolution for comets was discovered by Newton and Halley, based on their observations with the telescope. In this paper, their historic : al observations of comets are contrasted with those recorded in ancient Japanese literature : Nippon-Syoki, Henroki Supplement (a historical document on the feudal clan at Fukui), and others, and the constancy for the period of revolution, based upon Halley's comet, is statistically discussed. | |||||
