| 内容記述 | We make clear the architectural style, the characteristics and the original architecture of the Kan-non-in gate which is reconstructed recently in the Hondo-district, Harue-town in Fukui prefecture. The Kan-non-in gate has the 'hira-karamon' style and many richly-colored sculptures. The pillars, the beams, the rafters and so on had been painted vermillion. We think that the original building of the Kan-non-in gate is the 'karamon' of the Tosyogu which was built in the north-san-no-maru section of the Fukui-castle at tenth year of the Kanbun period (1670). The Kan-non-in gate is one of the valuable historic architectures of early Edo era in Fukui prefecture. | |||||
