| 内容記述 | This report deals with the effect to the management of reduction in cost of business at 1963 and 1964. The factory of object of study is S silk-reeling business on the G prefecture that is 'Kokuyo-seishi' in which raw silk for domestic use is produced principally. This business increased the added value greatly to 14,796,000 yen in 1964 from minus 4,170,000 yen in 1963. The largest reason of increase of the added value will be concluded to the reduction of material (especially cocoon) cost in this business. Also at S business, ratio of material to sale was cut down from 110.4 percent in 1963 to 71.0 percent in 1964. Usually, 75～80 percent of cost of raw silk will be occupied by the material (especially cocoon) cost at the silk-reeling business. Therefore, this business gained in 1964 much more than in 1963. The fall down of silk price which the cocoon arrived to the market in 1964 will be made possible to cut down the material cost as a result, and this fact showed the possibility of cut down of cocoon cost by basing on form of cocoon business in sericultual industry. | |||||
