| 内容記述 | It is well said that Management resources at the business firms are called as 3M(Man, Material and Money), amongst such 3M, Human resources(Man) is the most important factor without any doubt. Then career education to all the generation becomes key issues, The history for the career education in Japan is not so long as that of U.S.A.. especially at the high school and the university. It seems the career education system at the high school and the university is not fully established, then supplementary education and training at the business firms is required, which is the current situation in Japan. | |||||
