| タイトル | Current Japanese Government intends to increase the consumption tax gradually, but there are strong oppositions on the tax raise. The purpose of the consumption tax raise is to fund the government pension which is facing the financial difficulty. On this thesis, I would touch on the unpaid insurance premium for the basic pension, which cannot be solved yet. Also the exemption program for the insurance premium of the basic pension might be one of the reasons for the lack of the funds. I would also compare the voices by citizens between Fukui area and Tokyo related to the basic pension scheme. | |||||

| 内容記述 | In 2011, we faced the unprecedented earthquake at Tohoku areas in Japan on March 11th. Looking back to the past, we had so many earthquakes and the Tsunami at Tohoku areas before. I wonder if these experiences could have been good lessons to us or not. Each time, we are repeating the disasters and we should not repeat such a disaster again. Personally, I met the strong earthquake in Christchurch of New-Zealand almost at the same timing with Tohoku earthquake and I would stress that the risk-management method should be penetrated. | |||||
