| 内容記述 | In 2011, we faced the unprecedented earthquake at Tohoku areas in Japan on March 11th. Looking back to the past, we had so many earthquakes and the Tsunami at Tohoku areas before. I wonder if these experiences could have been good lessons to us or not. Each time, we are repeating the disasters and we should not repeat such a disaster again. Personally, I met the strong earthquake in Christchurch of New-Zealand almost at the same timing with Tohoku earthquake and I would stress that the risk-management method should be penetrated. | |||||
