| 内容記述 | A generation of a wide-range and stable THz wave using a laser chaos that is used to pump photocondunctive antennas of LT-GaAs(Low Temperature Growing GaAs) is investigated. In the case of laser chaos the optical spectrum is broad. To generate chaotic oscillation in a semiconductor laser, an optical delayed feedback is added to the solitary laser by the external mirror, it results in a broad spectral comb whose frequency interval 43.830GHz between the longitudinal modes. Therefore, the laser chaos have a lot of optical beats that is useful to generate THz wave. A generated THz spectrum is stable and wide from 45GHz to 0.960THz. | |||||
