| 内容記述 | Cause of the fracture of glasses frame made by Ni-Ti alloy has been investigated from scanning electron microscopic observation and fluorescence X-ray analysis of the fractured surface and microstructure. Inclusions of carbon or carbide were observed near the initiation site of cracking in the fractured surface. The fracture was concluded to be caused by the local high stress near the inclusions. | |||||
