| 内容記述 | ZnS(Cu)EL devices were fabricated by using screen printing method and their fundamental performances were evaluated. Emission of white light was attempted by dispersing powder of rhodamine dye into light emitting layer (ZnS(Cu) ink) in order to apply ZnS EL device to the lighting and we identified white emission on the EL device dispersed with 2 weight % of rhodamine dye. | |||||
