In estimation of the primary cosmic ray energy by the fluorescence technique, the determination of fluorescence yields in air is most important. If the preliminary yield at 337nm by AIRFLY measurement is used for Flys' Eye, HiRes and Auger, the di erences of primary spectra among experiments are within experimental errors of each experiment, including su ace detector array experiment AGASA.
