Therefore, the cost reduction of a fuel cell component, in particular, the separator is necessary. In this study, a new surface treatment has been proposed for the separator of SUS304 stainless steel to improve electric conductivity. At first, we attached the mixture, in which ethyl alcohol was added to graphite powder, to the surface of stainless steel uniformly.
