The sress eroers were calcutated using a model and a simulation medhod. It was found that they tend to increase with the decrease in goniometer fudius and collimator effective length. Therefore, the minimum size of the analyzer was investigated for a given value fo total error. In conclusion, it is believed that the size for the goniometer radius and the collimator effective length could possibly be pitomized.
