Owing to stringent exhaust emission regulation for automobiles, NOx concentration, one of the air pollution matters, has indicated improved trends. However, it does not still satisfy the environmental standards in some districts. In this research, time change of NOx concentration and wind direction/speed has been measured along with observation of traffic volume simultaneously regarding such districts. A relationship between NOx concentration and traffic volume/air movement is analyzed and discussed.
