The authors dare to introduce a \"story\" into the expression of regional resources of Fukui, because they have totally lost by the bombing of World War II in 1945 and Fukui earthquake in 1948. The main methodology of this film expression could be summarized in the use of multilayered-time, by the story of backward and forward time between the past and the present.
