Successive magnetic transitions of a hierarchical nature, observed in some graphite intercalation compound and identified as the characteristic phenomena of a 'ceramic' from the ceramic-like heterogeneous lattice structure, are reexamined in detail. The system is concluded to be in a spontaneously induced glassy phase in the intermediate temperature region between the upper and the lower critical temperatures.
