| 内容記述 | This report presents the activities and user statistics of the Student Guidance Office in 2024, examining its outcomes and issues. The main activities conducted during the year included: (1) continued screening assessments using the University Personality Inventory (UPI); (2) support for students with disabilities; and (3) exchange events between current students and alumni of the Student Guidance Office. According to the 2024 user statistics, the number of consultations decreased by approximately 30% compared to 2023, and the number of Free Space (FS) users continued to decline relative to pre-COVID-19 levels. On the other hand, notable progress was made in enhancing academic and employment support for students with disabilities. Looking ahead, organizational challenges include strengthening the operational framework of the Student Guidance Office, such as improving human resource infrastructure and reevaluating consultation services in the post-COVID era. | |||||||
