| 内容記述 | This study examined the formation of a new women's university athletic team and team-building efforts by analyzing a five-year period for a university women's field hockey team from the players' perspective. Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 12 university women's field hockey and qualitative analysis was performed using SCAT. The main results were as follows: (1) The initial period was a period of building the team's foundation. This included basic practice, building trust, and establishing rules. It is important to build trust through team rule-making and communication during this period. (2) The developmental period was a time when the team grows and increases its participation in official games, communication, and roles. (3) The period of confusion was a period of confusion for the team. Confusion can be seen due to a lack of communication and common understanding. (4) In the stable period, a coach arrived, and the relationships among the players and between the players and the coach have stabilized. These results suggest that when establishing a new university athletic team, it is necessary to develop practice content and team tactics in response to an increase in team members and improved competitiveness. It is also important to clarify team rules and the division of roles regarding team management to eliminate uneven workloads. Communication among leaders and players is necessary to build trust and foster a shared understanding. | |||||||
