| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the characteristics of the instep kick technique of unskilled soccer students using a single video from behind. The participants included 34 male students, who did not play soccer competitively (student group), and 8 male students who had soccer experience (soccer group). The data was collected in a gymnasium. The participants were asked to instep kick a stationary ball toward a net approximately 10 m away. The kick motion was recorded using a high-speed camera that was installed behind the subjects at a height of approximately 10 cm. The results indicated that unskilled students tended to have a dorsiflexed foot at impact, a greater lateral movement of the foot during the swing, a smaller upward swing of the foot during the backswing, and a tendency for the foot to hit the inside (support leg side) and above the ball upon impact. The foot tilt angle at impact was more variable in the unskilled students. | |||||||
