| 内容記述 | In the present study, we attempted to decompose solid insect edibles (cricket) using a method combining a microwave sample decomposition vessel and a microwave oven. The solid samples could also be decomposed under the same decomposition conditions (200 W, 8 min) as for the powdered samples. Cadmium (Cd) in the sample solutions obtained by decomposing the heads and abdomens was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The Cd content was 0.004 µg g-1 in the heads and 0.023 µg g-1 in the abdomens, which was about six times higher than that in the heads. This difference is thought to be due to the presence of excretory organs in the abdomen, where Cd is likely to accumulate. |
