As a result, it was found that Cr could be quantified to a level one order of magnitude lower than the permissible limit (0.5 mg L-¹) of the national effluent standards. On the other hand, the determination limit of Cd was estimated not reach 0.5 mg L-¹ due to its low SB ratio.
