The premises of the north side and the east side of the Jyonohashi-area were the areas that depended on reduction and the increase of the samurai between Genbun 4 from Jokyo 3. As for the three wards in the north side, constitution of the streets and the allotment of the premises of the whole area greatly changed later from the middle of the Edo era. In the same way as allotment of the premises, many samurai performed premises substitution from Jokyo 3 to Genbun 4.
