A written questionnaire survey (valid response rate of 99.0%) was conducted for our 100 students (at the ages from 18 to 20). The results of our survey indicated that causes of accidents in school sports facilities were miss catches of balls, etc., but there were a few cases that should be considered as safety and management issues of the facilities, such as falls of strength training equipments.
