Therefore, it becomes increasingly necessary to analyze and evaluate the HMI(Human Machine Interface) for the reliability from the HF(Human Factor) standpoint. Meanwhile, it is also important to estimate the risk of HE(Human Error) in which task in an individual work process is based on the work manual. In this paper, we introduce three kinds of system that can do easily a quantitative analysis and evaluation concerning HE and/or HF. We adopt quantitative analysis method for HRA(Human Reliability Analysis), that is THERP(Technique for HE Rate Prediction) and Event Tree Analysis in the system.
