The signal amplitude showing a peak due to Ramsauer minimum has been correlated with the amplitude involving the effective collision frequency calculated from the imaginary component of the microwave conductivity. The electron energy-loss rate coefficients for molecule and Xe have been derived as a function of the mean electron energy.
