即戦力としての教員養成に向けた教職支援の取り組み（学校教育の変化に対応できる教員養成を目指して） Supports and Trainings for Students to be Readily Competent Teachers (Aiming to Train Teachers Who Can Respond to Changes in School Education) 荒川, 義弘/平松 正尚 アラカワ, ヨシヒロ/ヒラマツ マサナオ Yoshihiro, Arakawa/Masanao Hiramatsu 教員採用試験，教職支援室 This paper reports on the efforts and results of the Teacher License Support Office, which supports students of the Fukui University of Technology who wish to become teachers.In 2015, the university started a three-faculty system consisting of the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Information Studies, and Sports and Health Science. Besides the teacher's licenses for "Engineering" and "Information Science," students can now obtain teaching licenses in "Science" or "Health and Physical Education." In addition to the individual career counselling, we expanded the task of the Teacher License Support Office and started to provide lectures to prepare for teacher employment examinations coping with the recent trends in employment examinations.
